The Infiniti Essence Exotic Road Trip
LAS VEGAS – August 26th
The Infiniti Essence concept car rolled into Las Vegas on August 26th. After its premiere at the 59th Annual Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, its first stop along the "Essence Exotic Road Trip" was an exclusive reception at the Louis Vuitton store in the Wynn Hotel. And what a welcome this innovative vehicle received: In homage to the early motoring era, Louis Vuitton crafted a custom set of the highest quality luggage fit precisely for the trunk of the Essence.
DALLAS – September 24th
The Infiniti Essence continued its tour, making an appearance in Dallas, TX at the chic new Hotel ZaZa. An exclusive invitation was accepted by more than 125 Infiniti owners and VIPs to preview the exotic and innovative Essence.
DETROIT – October 1st
No one knows motoring like Motown. Small wonder more than 225 Infiniti owners and Louis Vuitton VIPs gathered to greet this stunning concept vehicle. To great fanfare, the Infiniti Essence Concept Coupe introduced itself to Detroit at the Louis Vuitton Store at the Somerset Mall. The event raised more than eyebrows: nearly $10,000 was committed to benefit the S.A.Y. Detroit Foundation, a non-profit charity founded by author Mitch Albom.
NEW YORK – October 15th
In early fall, the Infiniti Essence took Manhattan. Turning heads along its way, the Essence captured New York at the trendy and fashionable new Cooper Square Hotel. Along with distinguished Infiniti owners and dealers, Ben Poore, vice president of Infiniti Business Unit, hosted a reception with 150 guests of the automotive and lifestyle media. Guests enjoyed scenic views of the New York skyline complemented by the breathtaking styling of the Infiniti Essence.
MIAMI – October 22nd
On the eve of the Miami Auto Show, Infiniti owners and automotive press were introduced to something special: the Infiniti Essence made a surprise guest appearance at the W South Beach Hotel in Miami, FL. Ben Poore, vice president of Infiniti Business Unit, conducted a walk-around of the Essence — highlighting its stunning design and innovative technologies.
ATLANTA – October 29th
After weeks of anticipation, hundreds of people attended to catch a glimpse of the new Essence at the Louis Vuitton store in Lenox Square, Atlanta. A private reception at the store celebrated the collaborative efforts between Infiniti and Louis Vuitton on this very special Concept vehicle.
HILTON HEAD ISLAND CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE – October 30th – November 1st
The Infiniti Essence rounded out its U.S. tour at the 8th annual Hilton Head Concours d’Elegance. Stealing the show attended by more than 5,000 consumers and media, the Essence gleamed in the sun on the main Concours show field, drawing countless comments on its beauty. On Friday and Saturday (October 30th and 31st) Infiniti hosted a ride-and-drive of current Infiniti models for attendees to enjoy on the spectacular island roads of Hilton Head Island.
