Welcome to the INFINITI Engineering Academy. Our
global search for young engineers ready to go beyond.
An Advanced Opportunity
We’re driven to pursue potential at every turn. It’s why our vehicles are always evolving. That same drive is what led us to create the INFINITI Engineering Academy, a place where fierce young engineers are empowered to come into their own.
Now entering its fourth year, the Academy provides an unmatched opportunity for rising talent to work with INFINITI and the Renault Sport Formula One™ Team. Putting them at the heart of automotive and F1™ innovation so your next vehicle is always the most advanced.
Recruiting the Relentless
Academy students are selected from over 4,000 applicants worldwide. When they arrive, they are immersed in an environment of healthy competition. One that puts them to the test with comprehensive technical exams, design challenges and timed build-offs.
Hailing from seven different countries, the winners receive a one-year placement with INFINITI and Renault Sport Formula One™. A coveted engagement that includes six months at each organization with plenty of one-on-one mentorship.
It’s the opportunity of a lifetime. An experience that includes all the necessary accommodations, along with a shared INFINITI executive vehicle and a full salary.
