Infiniti Roadside Assistance services are tied to the vehicle so that all family members may access this assistance while driving your Infiniti.
Should you require assistance, simply call 09-2816620 and provide your name, vehicle details, nature of the problem and location. An Infiniti Roadside Assistance team member will immediately assess your needs and put the necessary steps in place to get you going.

In all instances, if the vehicle cannot be rectified at the roadside, Infiniti Roadside Assistance will arrange for transportation of your Infiniti to the nearest Infiniti authorised repair agent.
Your travel plans won’t stop there, as you will be assisted in finding the best solution to your situation. Whether that be arranging alternative transport home in the event of a breakdown within 100km of your home; or, providing rental vehicle and accommodation requirements if you are over 100km from home at the time of breakdown.
